    ISABELA BETWEEN MAGIC OF THE VOLCANOES

    DAY 1

    Departure from the airport in Quito or Guayaquil, arriving at Baltra, from here by airplane (40 mins.) or from Puerto Ayora by speedboat (2 hours of navigation) to Isabela. Upon arrival at dock, we expect to move to housing. There will be the distribution of rooms and recognition of facilities that are at your disposal.

    Lunch, visit the Parenting Centre "Arnaldo Tupiza", here you can see the tortoises of various species and sizes in captivity, in a very comfortable and attractive way to the tourists.     DAY 2

    Breakfast.     After lunch, pick up the guide to perform a short boat navigation (Tour de Bahia), towards the Loberias Grande / Chica and blue sharks: a deep cliff, site of choice for this species of sharks (blue sharks), where they cometo rest after a long trip across the ocean; may also observe sea lions, penguins, blue paws boobies, iguanas, among others.     DAY 3

    After breakfast we'll go to the Sulfur Volcano, this site is located in the western part of Sierra Negra's crater (second largest crater in the world). The ascent takes place in the first instance by vehicle, and then continue by horse, for about 2 ½ hours, skirtingSierra Negra's crater. Then continues with trekking, for 30 additional minutes to the fumaroles and sulphur craters. Lunch, dinner and camping at the edge of the Sierra Negra crater. This whole trip will take place with the accompaniment of a naturalist guide of the Galapagos National Park.

    DAY 4

    Breakfast. Departure at Chico Volcano, located in the northeastern part of Sierra Negra. From the edge of the Sierra Negra crater can take panoramic pictures of the majestic boiler 11 km. in diameter and 100 metres deep.

    The trail crosses from a humid Pampa, until a field with lava cactus. At the end of the trail for access by feet can be seen petrified lava formations of various colors and textures as well as fumaroles in various places who change frequently site and intensity. Box lunch. Return to Puerto Villamil.

    DAY 5

    Free: Considering the physical activity of the previous two days, we recommend a relaxing walk or a bicycle ride along the 4 km. of white sand beach. You can take a swim at hotel sea shore without any danger.

    DAY 6

    Snorkeling in Concha de Perla; Then, a visit to the Giant Tortoises Shelter "Campo Duro" in the rural area, we will have lunch there, a delicious BBQ, a short restand leaving to Santo Tomas Tunnels and El Mango viewpoint.

    DAY 7

    6h00: Departure of Isabela by speedboat towards Puerto Ayora, to Baltra Airport and take the flight back to Quito or Guayaquil.
